The DRAMA LIVE name and logo are valuable assets. They identify the official Drama Live app on the App Store and Google Play, and they tell football fans that what they are downloading is the genuine product. Proper use of the mark reinforces that identity and value; unauthorized use or variation dilutes it and undermines the owner's trademark rights.

The registered mark

DRAMA LIVE is a registered trademark, recorded in the official registry of the Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property (OMPIC) and published internationally through EUIPO's TMview database.

Authorized publisher

As the owners of the registered trademark DRAMA LIVE (OMPIC Registration No. 97-300018), we confirm that BEAK SOCIAL CLUB LTD is an authorized publisher and distributor of the Drama Live application on Google Play.

This authorization includes the use of the DRAMA LIVE name, logo, branding, and related intellectual property solely in connection with the publication, maintenance, promotion, and operation of the Drama Live application.

The DRAMA LIVE trademark and logo remain our exclusive property. This authorization grants permission to use the trademark; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

Use of the mark

The DRAMA LIVE mark and logo may not be used by third parties without express written permission of the owner. In particular, without a license you may not:

• use DRAMA LIVE, or anything confusingly similar, in the name of an app, product, service, company, domain name, or social media account;
• use the Drama Live logo or app icon in marketing materials, app listings, or websites;
• alter, abbreviate, translate, or combine the mark with other words or graphics;
• suggest that a product or service is made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Drama Live.

Truthful, nominative references to the app — for example in journalism, reviews, or comparisons — do not require permission, provided the mark is used as written, is not altered, and the reference does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Requesting permission or a license

Permission is generally granted in the form of a written authorization or license. To request one, contact us through the App Support link on the app's App Store page and include:

• who you are (person or organization);
• how and where you intend to use the mark, with samples if available;
• the duration and territory of the intended use.

Reporting misuse

If you come across an app, website, or product using the DRAMA LIVE name or logo without authorization, please report it through the same support channel. We actively protect the mark and appreciate the help of the community in doing so.
